Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us at Splashway. If you need to return a product for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Please note, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the product arrived damaged.

To start a return, simply reach out to us for a shipping label. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund. Refunds, minus the restocking fee when applicable, are typically processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
